Our regular, non-MINT member a la carte rates are always visible on our booking site.

  • NEW CLIENTS: 20% off your first 5 or 10  sessions, which includes the PT Evaluation. Package with 4 follow ups is $840 (MINT members only, averages $168/session); package with 9 follow up sessions, is $1640 (MINT members only, averages $164/session).  
  • Ongoing 15% off all future packages (MINT members only).  
  • One-off sessions are offered at a 10% discount to MINT Members (discounts applied at the time the session is billed).

Superbills provided upon request after treatment has been provided to facilitate insurance reimbursement.

As this partnership kicks off, Ariele will offer physical therapy services on site at MINT on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. See our booking site for current hours.

For physical therapy services, the appropriate medical codes are entered "after services rendered", so detailed invoices are issued after each session is completed.
