Cancellation Policy

Due to the one-on-one nature of the work we do, and the limited session slots available on any given day or week, we ask for a minimum of 48 hours advance notice for appointment cancellations.

We reserve the right to charge a late fee for cancellations within this window of time as follows:

For 24-48 hours notice, a $60 late cancellation fee will be charged.

Less than 24 hours notice is considered a last minute cancellation, and we reserve the right to charge the full cost of the appointment.

We aim to work compassionately with individuals experiencing an illness or emergency, and Wellilo may assist in rescheduling the appointment for current clients within a reasonable grace period to avoid fees.
