A new online class series March 1st - 31st with live classes, course content, bonus recordings and so much more.

Progressive Strength Series for Better Chaturanga & Push-Ups is a 5 week series starting THIS Sunday March 1st (yes THIS SUNDAY), and wrapping up on the last day of March, the 31st.

The series is really jam packed. It includes:

  • 11 live classes (Sunday mornings and Tuesday evenings, with an extra live class this coming Thursday evening) + motivation to keep up even when you can't attend live

Who am I?

I am a doctor of physical therapy, a long time yoga teacher, and a person who has gotten injured an estimated bajillion times.

Personally, I found that training with weights has helped me to heal old injuries, stave off potential new ones and unlock yoga movements (as well as pull-ups) that I never thought were possible for me.

While Chaturanga -- at times -- remains my nemesis, I know the ingredients to make it less nemesis-y for us all, and am excited to share.
